Our local mountain guides not only have excellent and lengthy professional training, but they also know the Werdenfels Alps like the back of their hand. No matter whether it is a specific peak that you would like to climb, such as the Zugspitze, the Alpspitze or even the Großglockner, the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc, or whether you would like to expand your personal knowledge and skills in a specific alpine area : The mountain guides from the region around Garmisch-Partenkirchen will help you make your wishes come true.
A private tour has many advantages:
1. Our team in the office takes care of the complete planning of the tour. You will be constantly provided with information, receive your equipment checklist and directions and can arrive in peace without having to worry too much about it.
2. Our competent team in the office also takes care of reserving the huts.
3. You don't move in a group setting and therefore don't have to take other participants into consideration. There is no pressure to go at a certain speed or the feeling of holding up the rest of the Group.
4.The date for the tour can be set individually and we wait for the perfect conditions for your tour.
5. Especially if parents want to go on a tour with their children, a private tour is recommended, as the mountain guide can focus better on the children and adapt the tour accordingly if necessary.
6. During a tour, the mountain guide can specifically respond to the pace and abilities of the guest. The guest can therefore enjoy the day to the fullest.
7. With a private course with a mountain guide, the guide can specifically address the guest's existing level of knowledge and build on it. This means no time is wasted trying to convey content that the guest may already have mastered.
In order to ensure an optimal supervision ratio and safety for all participants, we have set the following maximum number of participants for private tours of certain mountains in our Region:
•Private tour to the Zugspitze via the Höllental: a maximum of 5 guests per private mountain guide
•Private tour to the Zugspitze via the Wiener Neustädter Hütte: a maximum of 8 guests per private mountain guide
•Private tour via the Via Ferrata to the Alpspitze: a maximum of 8 guests per private mountain guide
•Private tour over the Jubiläumsgrat: maximum of 1 guest per mountain guide
If your group is larger than the stated maximum number of participants, that's not a problem. Here we provide a second private mountain guide and the tour can then also take place for larger groups.
